I haven't tried it, but it is worth trying. They also make great wine, and mead too. Very delicious.

Make sure your nopalitos aren't over about 3 inches. They get tough and stringy much bigger than that.

Just finished 30 lbs got the juice in the primary with five c tabs and 8 lbs sugar/ sg is 1085 right on target for some good wine. Pitching 1122 tomorrow. Mike Smyth
